salami sugo w fettucine

my 7yr old thinks salami is delicious.  this is her favourite pasta sauce & i made it for a friend gathering recently hoping that all the children would like it...and i had success!  they all loved it!...there is something seriously cute about little faces covered in pasta sauce!
salami sugo w fettucine (serves 6 hungry children)
ingredients/prepare - roughly chop approx 200g hungarian salami, crush 2 garlic cloves & pan fry in a little evoo, pour in 1ltr passata sauce & simmer gently, stir through some torn basil leaves & 1tspn ground cinnamon.  cook 3/4 pkt of fettucine in salted water until al dente, drain.  combine pasta with sauce & serve.

Such happy pics! Wouldn't it be great if we could get away with pasta all over our faces? ;)

Really cute photos! This really looks delicious with lots of twists. I'm definitely craving for a plate of that right now. This is definitely a must do recipe this weekend since I got my ISO 22000 Training.
