i hope you are enjoying the holidays! saturday 25th dec was a blur of children, presents, a few squabbles, french bubbles, friends visiting, a bit of foie gras w sourdough croutes, truffle salami, nduja on croutes, french & italian cheese, roast chicken & roast lamb w tomatoes, garlic & onions, smashed roast potatoes, wilted garlic spinach.....good pinot......panforte, noble one.....and......ok i think that is enough of me quoating our indulgences....i feel like slipping into a pair of elastic pants just writing this.....but no regrets.....it is christmas!
