one wednesday night recently it was a perfect pasta night. i have been saving a bag of taglierini in the pantry for a little while - strange but it carries the memory of buying it @ my favourite european supermarket in melbourne, mediterranean wholesalers on sydney rd. (if you have not been you must go as you will want to buy everything!).....not so great for me as when i try to buy everything i then need to haul it back on a plane to brisbane and i have matt questioning me "why did you need that 1ltr unfiltered cloudy green olive oil (mmmm yum) or that spicy rocket salsa sauce in a 750ml jar?" Anyway the pasta shown is fabulous, excellent texture when cooked and also organic. my simple zucchini, tomato & garlic ingredients worked well.
