i am almost finished with my holiday posts from my early january travels to coffs harbour.....on one balmy night my big sister made a wonderful bearnaise sauce (neil perry recipe) & served it with roasted beef, rocket & shaved parmesan salad & oven baked thick cut chips. we all had seconds of the bearnaise sauce....it was fabulous!
+ to start with she served one of my favourite cheeses fromager d'affinois w croutes & sicilian green olives......also devoured & possibly adding to the tightness of my clothes that i am currently trying to squeeze into!
