chinese new year brought us to china town mall in brisbane yesterday.....our little girls wanted to see the dragons parade with the loud drums. pho B was very busy & we settled inside away from the heat (it was a very warm day). beer helped & our lunch was good. the girls shared a pho beef & chicken combo w rice noodles.....i had the rare beef pho & matt had the lemongrass chicken vermicelli salad.
the drums started up in the mall & we finished our lunch to watch the noisy, colourful parade!

The Brissie CNY celebrations look beautiful. I was too chicken to venture into the heat yesterday and missed everything here in Syd. Thanks for the sharing your great photos.
I love this place (esp the beef salad) but stupidly I have been calling it pho8, as in 'freight'!
