vintage espresso, 62 hyde st, bellingen

vintage espresso was our first stop recently when we visited the gorgeous town of bellingen (bello is 30mins drive sth of coff hbr, nsw).  growing up near bellingen i know the town well & love everything it has to offer......vintage espresso is fabulous for coffee (they use an organic blend from karmee) & i honestly had the most delicious home-made monte carlo i have ever eaten in my life!  the children loved their rocky road too!  vintage espresso is run by lifehouse church & is a charity shop/cafe......the old wares in the store were fabulously styled & prices were excellent.  i am still dreaming about the monte carlo!!!!

What a beautiful cafe! You take beautiful pictures! You know..being from Europe (Greece) and all..I had no idea what a monte carlo was! I looked it up and it sounds delicious! Does anybody by any chance have a good recipe for homemade ones they'd like to share? I'd love to try one out and feature it for my Greek readers!
