i have been a fan of leavain bread for several years now. terry wilson, owner/baker uses organic flour for his baking & specialises in sourdoughs.
leavain bake + have a shop front @ morningside (hard to find, park underneath the coles complex & it is just outside the coles entrance) or you can buy their bread from west end mkts on saturdays, city growers mkts on wednesdays or the powerhouse markets on sat.
i love the turkish bread, the fruit bread w walnuts & the classic pane. the pane makes great bruschetta or toasted simply with butter & vegemite!
