daniel salter is the coffee guy....he started his business in brisbane over 4.5yrs ago & 10wks ago expanded the shop space to meet the demand of his growing business. he roasts on site using a blend of premium beans tues through to saturdays between 9:30-12pm. when you enter the shop the scent of the roasting beans along with coffee being made & served is both soothing & inviting. i order a latte & it is always excellent especially when i plop in a brown cube of la perruche sugar. i think daniel would be the only coffee shop in brisbane offering la perruche w their coffee! daniel & his wife came from sydney where daniel held a snr position w bella roma coffee so his knowledge for his craft is extensive...his wife spent time working for rockpool so combined the couple have high standards & this is visible in every way in their business. whilst i was recently there taking pictures i noticed that the many customers ordering & enjoying their coffee were regulars & on a first name basis with daniel & his staff.....coffee is certainly their main focus however you can also accompany your refreshment w cake/biscuits etc.
