merlo coffee, ferry rd markets, 107 ferry rd, southport

merlo coffee is well known in qld & becoming well known throughout australia.  i smiled to myself when i was last on acland st, melbourne & saw merlo coffee banners.  i met dean merlo almost 7yrs ago now when i ran the deli @ harveys.  he was a regular breakfast customer & we used merlo coffee so i quickly learnt about his passion, drive & quick wit.  with now approx 14 merlo stores in qld (since 1992) & thousands of cafes/restaurants using merlo coffee their success is testament to their quality standards.....they import highest grade green beans from colombia, costa rica, nicaragua, kenya, brazil & new guinea & roast daily.  recently we visited ferry rd markets down the coast on a sunday morning....the merlo store was pumping & our coffees were much needed & excellent!
