italian lunch @ the visco warehouse

recently (my work) visco hosted an afternoon lunch for bidvest reps in our west end warehouse....the theme was to be relaxed, italian inspired & to showcase some of visco's various products....the menu included - platters of italian meats, seafood antipasti, vegetarian antipasti, oven baked altamura ciabatta bread (from italy) w unfiltered azienda extra virgin olive oil, stuzzichini (italian savoury puff pastries), wild mushroom risotto w white truffle oil & finished w classic tiramisu (italian imported).....guests sipped on ferrarelle sparkling mineral water or prosecco...all very delicious on a gorgeous winters afternoon in brisbane!
