one drop specialty coffee has been open for 10mths....on my 1st visit i instantly thought "oh this is going to be good".....the space looks great but i was looking more behind the scenes & i got the feeling that they are passionate about their craft. i spoke to ben (ex sydney boy) & blaine (bris boy) owners of one drop - they use their own blend of 3 different types of beans from cleanskin coffee (co based out of bris)....ben & blaine are fans of using premium & micro lot beans. i had a coffee & i will continue to have many more....i actually envy the people who work in the building because they have such easy access to such a brilliant place. they are open mon-fri 6-4pm. also check out their gorgeous la marzocco machine - love it! love it all really!!!! visit their site http://www.onedropspecialtycoffee.com/
