boschetto al tartufo, italian cheese w finely chopped black truffle

a recent delivery to the visco warehouse included boschetto al tartufo......it is mild semi soft cheese w a blend of cow & sheeps milk....what sets it apart is the finely chopped black truffle throughout the cheese.  from Il Forteto situated in the Tuscany region of Italy.  i love the basket the cheese is presented in....can't wait to buy one for our chilly upcoming stanthorpe trip!
