Pictured is my dear friend Lou, my girls call her "Baker Lou" - she is mad about spelt flour and bakes many hrs per week for Campos & Wray Organic food store...she is doing what she loves! Whenever we catch up our time is spent talking about food & boys. I have always loved her energy! One of her signature sweets is the gluten free almond cookie with organic raspberry jam....or her banoffi pie is excellent....the coconut rapsberry shortcake slice is g8 annddd the orange lindt brownie devine!!!!
